Rapid Parse offers multiple subscription tiers:
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Each subscription tier has specific usage limits. If you exceed your monthly document limit, you will need to upgrade your plan or wait until the next billing cycle.
You retain all ownership rights to the documents and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to:

Your documents are processed using third-party AI services. While we take measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that your content will be transmitted to and processed by OpenAI and Google Cloud Platform for the purpose of providing document analysis services.

You retain all rights to Your Content. We do not claim ownership of any documents you upload. However, by using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Content generated by our AI systems (such as chat responses, summaries, and insights) is provided to you for your use. However, AI-generated content may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users with similar documents.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
